Your service becomes Viking territory.

Viking Chase transforms your OSHC into a roaming adventure where children work in clans to complete challenges, decipher clues and move through the service in search of hidden treasure.

Guided by messages from the Jarl, each clan takes on a series of expeditions while Vikings roam the territory, adding tension, strategy and unexpected encounters along the way.

Everything builds towards the Final Chase, where teamwork, quick thinking and everything the clans have discovered comes together.

Your educators are part of the adventure

Viking Chase is designed for educators to step into the game alongside the children.

Depending on the service and group size, educators may take on roles such as the Jarl, Keeper, Viking or clan guide. Each role is supported with clear instructions so staff can confidently help the world come to life without needing to perform or memorise a script.

Their involvement adds energy, humour and unpredictability to the experience while helping clans stay engaged and moving through the game.

Practical Details:

Price: $18 per child

Minimum booking: 50 children

Duration: 3 hours

Session time: Scheduled to suit your service. Viking Chase can run at a time that works within your Vacation Care routine — for example, 9:00am–12:00pm or 9:30am–12:30pm.

What your service provides: Access to suitable play spaces, tables and chairs, and your usual educator team.
